opencode has been hacked

team says someone accessed an old system they were shutting down, and provider api keys saved in workspaces may have been exposed

this includes keys from providers like openai and anthropic. if you saved your keys there:

> revoke and replace them through your provider’s dashboard
> update any apps using those keys
> check recent usage for anything unexpected

team has emailed all effected users but even if you didn't get one just rotate api keys for now
